With Evo 2015 right around the corner you all must be wondering what games are going to be up Mr. Wizards’ shelve for this years event. To start out of course Ultra Street Fighter is back along with Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. Killer Instinct will be back as one of the more poplar games from Evo 2014 – which will most likely be a free pay check for CDJr. to repeat his top performance from last year. Two anime focused games have been added to the line-up this year, a first for Evo. These titles are Guilty Gear Xrd SIGN and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.

Nintendo fans will have two games in the mix this year as well with the new Super Smash Bros. Wii U and the fan favorite of the smash series Super Smash Bros. Melee. Two of the biggest announcements on the docket, however are two games being played that haven’t yet release to market; Mortal Kombat X and Tekken 7 hit the floor! Tekken 7 will be there in full arcade cabinets just like the good old days, and MKX will see its Evo debut as the Evo 2015 tournament begins on July 17th-19th, 2015. With nine games in total, Evo 2015 is shaping up to be the best Evo tournament yet. Check out the announcement video, as well as my live reactions in the video below, and catch up with last year’s results right here on PowerLeveled.
