According to a very brief announcement on their digital storefront, GameFly will soon sell all of their digital distribution properties, rolling your services over.

Selling out to AtGames Holdings Ltd, your previously purchased GameFly games will remain your own during a transition set to move from its existing home. Users may play their existing games and will incur no excess fees to this point, but will only be asked to transfer your account information to AtGames so that you may pick up where you left off. AtGames intends to “build upon an extensive product line-up” as title continue to release and they try to take on Steam, Origin and other similar services.

AtGames’ newly purchased service has gone through multiple transitions, as GameFly originally purchased the Direct2Drive service from IGN.com in 2011. For more information on direction from GameFly and AtGames, we’ll keep you updated as news becomes available.
