Spanning multiple weeks of intense eSports action, the League of Legends World Championships will be held in four venues all across Europe this year.

Hosting the World Championship tournament across five weeks of fun, League of Legends’ developer Riot Games has decided the take a series tour for this year’s events. Playing out in Paris, London, and Brussels for group, quarters and semi-finals before landing in Berlin, the final two remaining teams will duke it out for the title of best in the world in Germany.

Last year these same events were hosted throughout Asia in Taipei, Singapore, Busan and Seoul, Korea with a Grand Finals event in front of 40,000 screaming fans. With an additional 27 million viewers world-wide, League of Legends has an amazing draw for the eSports community and looks to continue to build on that draw in this year’s European-based Finals.
