Round Two of the “Stars of Unova” giveaway being done by Nintendo has gone under way, and this time, its Emboar!

The official Pokemon website has started giving players of the Pokemon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire games free Serperior, Emboar, and Samurott for download via a special code. All you need to do to pick up these awesome rare Pokemon is:

In the main menu, open up the Mystery Gift section, then choose Receive Gift, and finally choose Get With Code. Enter the code:

Serperior: POKEMON497

Emboar: POKEMON500

Samurott: This special Pokemon will only come to players who are a part of the Pokémon Trainer Club newsletter Email list. All you have to do to start receiving the newsletter is by clicking hereOnce you’ve done that, you’ll start to receive the newsletter and must be signed up by January 31, 2015 to make sure you receive the final code.

Once you have your brand new Pokemon downloaded to your game, all you need to do is pick it up via delivery woman in game at any Pokemon Center. Make sure you have at least one open space in your party so that you can accept it right away.

Now there are a few things you should know about these special Pokemon:


  • Comes in a Cherish Ball and has the classic Ribbon attached to it
  • Comes with the hidden Ability: Contrary – Makes stat changes have an opposite effect
  • Comes to you at level 50, so make sure you have the proper badges to get the most use out of it


  • Comes in a Cherish Ball and has the Classic Ribbon attached to it
  • Comes with the Hidden Ability: Reckless – double the damage of attacks with recoil (Like Double-Edge), but will also in turn double the damage taken from the recoil
  • Comes to you at level 50, so make sure you have the proper badges to get the most use out of it
